Rebecca Cecil-Wright is raising money for the Contented Dementia Trust by taking part in a 10 kilometre assault course at Battersea Power station on Saturday 16th November. Rebecca says ‘Having spent the last 6 years immersed in looking after kids and taking absolutely no exercise at all, it is time to make a change!’

The assault course comprises nearly 100 obstacles; wading through skips waist deep in muddy water, climbing over huge piles of tyres, lifting sand bags whist simultaneously jumping over traffic barriers, and commando crawling through ice under wires, and if that wasn’t enough there is an 8 ft. wall at the end that has to be scaled!
